Reach respects your privacy and will only collect, use or disclose your personal information in connection with the Reach App in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Reach reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time and such modifications shall be effective immediately, unless otherwise stated.

Information Collection

Reach collects personal information through the Reach App in order to deliver educational content. The type of personal information collected includes your personal contact information (e.g. your e-mail address, name).

Information Use

Reach uses personal information collected through the Reach App to deliver educational content. In addition, we may use personal information collected through the Reach App to contact you with additional information about the Reach App, to request your feedback about the Reach App or to offer you further educational opportunities. If you do not wish to receive this information, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Information Sharing

To encourage a community of learning, the Reach App has a leaderboard, which lists the first name and first initial of last name of players with the current highest scores. If you enter a first and last name, this information will be identifiable to others. We will not share personal information collected through the Reach App with unrelated third parties. Reach does not collect, use or disclose your personal information without your consent, except as permitted or required by law. For example, Reach may be required to disclose personal information in response to a subpoena, court order or other legal mechanism. We may share aggregate and de-identified information collected through the Reach App with our partners and other organizations to measure and quantify the effectiveness of the Reach App. Aggregate and de-identified information collected through the Reach App may be included in publications and presentations about the Reach App.

Withdrawing Consent

If you wish to withdraw your consent for the collection, use or disclosure of your personal information, please contact ARC Business Solutions Inc. Your withdrawal of consent will be applied on a go-forward basis. Your withdrawal of consent is not retroactive since we may already have used your information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations.

Reach will make every effort to ensure that whatever information you provide will be maintained in a secure environment. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, Reach can’t ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us for the Reach App and you do so at your own risk.
